The U11 Panther Defenders defeated the Zen United this past weekend with a score of 6 to 3. Footwork and solid passing led to scores by Tanner Allen, Jeremy Schwarz, Kai Hallam and Matt Lagman. Other shots on goal were made by: Chad Prystash, Jesse Corneliusen, Sam Jones and Brandon Nelson. Midfield play by Erik Rogers, Corneliusen and Hallam, contributed to ball movement upfield. Strong defense, played by Lagman, Corneliusen, Sean Brakeall, and Blake Biery, kept many balls away from the box. Jones and Rogers combined, made 8 saves.
