Q. What do the annual fees cover?
A. The annual fees cover professional training twice per week during the fall and spring, plus a week long summer camp, typically held each August, prior to the beginning of the fall season practice. Also, they cover the outdoor league fees for the fall and spring season, including referee costs, field costs, insurance, and league administration fees. Additionally, the fees cover entry into 2 tournaments for the year.
Q. What is not included in the annual fees?
A. Uniforms are purchased separately. Additionally, all soccer activities during the winter/indoor season (training and/or league play) are offered at additional costs. Also, if your team should elect to attend more tournaments than the allotted two, supplemental funds will be collected to cover the entry fee.
Q. How much are the annual fees?
A. Annual fees range depending on the age bracket. For the 2008-2009 year, the range was $800 - $1000.
Q. How much should I expect to pay for winter activities?
A. The costs vary widely depending on the individual team and which activities are chosen. Typically, training only can cost up to $80-90. Indoor leagues typically range $50-100 per player depending on the location of the league.
Q. Do I have to pay the entire money up front?
A. Panther Soccer Club offers a number of payment plans, ranging from a full payment upfront (a discount is received with this option) to automated withdrawal for monthly payments spread out through much of the soccer year.
Q. Is there anything that I can do to reduce my annual fees?
A. Yes! Panther Soccer Club offers credit toward fees for a variety of volunteer activites. These include working at our annual Memorial Day tournament, being a parent coach or team manager, and being a member of PSC's Board of Directors.
