Blanco loaned to Santos Laguna
The Chicago Fire Thursday announced that midfielder Cuauhtemoc Blanco will be loaned to Santos Laguna of the Mexican FMF Primera Division to play in the Apertura playoffs, effectively immediately.

The Chicago Fire Academy's 2008 season will kick off this weekend at the Argo High School as the Academy faces the Derby County Wolves at 11 a.m. (Under 16) and 1 p.m. (Under 18).
