Hope everyone is having a great summer. I wanted to get a few updates out regarding the camp, the 3v3 tournament and some possible tournament dates. I also would like to officially welcome our two newest players Sophia Snyder and Alexia Tobias to the Panther Pride.
Summer Camp
We are going to stick with our original dates of August 4 - 8 from 5:00 - 8:00pm at Prairie Point. If anyone cannot make these dates let me know and you can make up the days the week before during the Boy's camp. Mikaela and Kristy will be making up some days so we will have some girls there. If history holds true you can expect it to be hot and humid during camp so bring lots of water.
3V3 Tournament
The Kickers 3V3 Tournament is August 4 at Stuart Field in Aurora. If we get enough interest we can have two teams. The cost is $150.00 per team. Right now I have commitments from Mikaela, Kelsey, Lauren, and Cali. Kamryn and Caitlyn I think both told me they could but I cannot find an email saying that so I need confirmation. If anyone else told me and I forgot let me know. Everyone else let me know if you are interested in playing. It is a one day tournament 4 games guaranteed should be lots of fun and it is for a good cause the Susan G Koman cancer foundation. If anyone has questions let me know. I plan on turning in the registration by Friday and I would like to Schedule some voluntary practices beforehand. Sophia and Alexia are both eligible to play in this 3 v 3 tournament so let me know if you are interested.
Practices
Practice days of the week are not confirmed yet but regular practice will start the week of August 18th. Once I have the dates of the week confirmed I will let you know.
