On Sunday, June 15th the Orange Crush traveled to Western Springs to close out the spring season.  The Crush found themselves in an early rut after LTSC scored 3 quick goals.  At the half, the Crush posted a single score off a penatly kick by Kara Blasingame. Although they came back out with a renewed spark, the Crush were just outmatched by the bigger and more physical LTSC team.  The final score was 5-1.

The Orange Crush was a newly formed team in the fall and made great strides throughtout the year.  I am proud of all my girls for their hard work and determination.  Each of you has grown this year individually and as part of this team. Our 5-4 record doesn't do justice to the effort given on the field.  Thank you to all our parents and fans for the support and confidence shared.  It truly makes a difference. The Orange Crush team cosisted of Kara Blasingame, Emily Brandt, Abby Fioresi, Nicole Kraemer, Kacie Moran, Megan Rasmussen, Jessica Sendef, Maya Trichardt, and Cori Welch. The team was coached by Brian Moran and trained under Mr. Paul Gibbs.  Thank you girls for a most memorable season!
