The U13 Girls Panther Pride have made it to the 2010 Illinois State Cup Quarter Finals. The Pride competed in the first round of the State Cup tournament on Saturday, May 8th and defeated the Bartlett Hawks 1-0. The Pride then came back for second round action on Sunday, May 9th and defeated Campton United Navy 1-0 to reach the Quarter Finals. From an initial field of 32 teams, the Pride are now a part of the "Elite Eight" teams remaining in the tournament.
The Pride will next compete on Saturday, May 15th at 11am against the Windy City Pride at the Sportscore 2 Complex in Rockford, Illinois. We encourage all PSC fans to come out and cheer on the Pride as they continue on in the tournament.
